Name
The name 'Peaceat' is said to have originated from a conversation between early Aristocrats Placard and Happyzette. This is directly after the pair agreed to start a country. On the bottom of the page is an accurate reanactment of how the dialogue should have gone.
Significance
Some say that because of the name, the country has actually become more peaceful than it was supposed to be. The debating and think-for-yourself culture and strong emphasis on individuality and freedom was supposedly caused by the name of the country. Many dismiss this theory and say it's a coincidence.

"Wow.. These plains are really nice. I feel like I'm at peace."

"If you're so at peace, maybe you should name the settlement 'Atpeace'."

"No, that's dumb. Just to spite you, I'm going to name it 'Peaceat'."
