The Aristocracy, after setting up the departments, realized it would be more efficient if they assigned citizens as heads of departments. Takes place during The First Generation.
AMELIA
"Okay, rexbob, since we now have departments, I think it would be a good idea to start appointing individuals to lead said departments. Thoughts?"
REXBOB
"Ok."
AMELIA
"A little more input would be nice.. No matter. Come back to me with a list of candidates, and I'll approve them for you."
REXBOB
"Hi."

REXBOB
"I see. Would you like to take hold of a new department?"

REXBOB
"A department."

REXBOB
"Like a gang."

REXBOB
"Hello. Would you like to have your own government department?"
MIKHAIL
"Eh. I'm not really sure if I'd be a good leader."
REXBOB

MIKHAIL
"Wait.. You think so?"

Later, rexbob wanders aimlessly around the capital, looking for someone, anyone notable to recruit. Then..

"Hey. What're you doing?"
REXBOB
"Amelia said I needed to find people for the departments."
UMBRELLATASTE
"Ah. Should I.. notify others?"
REXBOB
"I don't see why you would."
UMBRELLATASTE
"Hey, Vemon. We're setting up these institutions as part of a broader effort to centralize the country."
VEMON
"Oh. Hey, that sounds so intuitive! Of course, I'd be willing to take part in such a big change."
UMBRELLATASTE
"I was just telling you about it, but... okay. I'll let rexbob know."
At the end of the day, Amelia and rexbob meet up again
AMELIA
"Ookay. Who'd you find?"
REXBOB
"Vemon, Cassie, Mikhail and 1347."
AMELIA
