Today I learned that the main and body tags DO matter because the stupid table of contents in untitled alpaca game wouldn't work because I can't place divs outside of the body apparantly

Also if you think about it it's weird how nonchalant most western European governments are surrounding their history or just avoid discussing it

I mean you'd imagine these people of power would look back at their predecesors and think hey we're a modern, open-minded, accepting country now and we want to apologize to and help our former colonies the majority of which are struggling more than us in one way or another

But maybe I'm expecting too much from these governments in the sense that they also have their own problems to deal with and can't just drop everything for their victims

Of course the lengths of which a government decides to go to to make amends for their colonial past varies by country
